Eric did a superb job in helping me to understand all the options available when selling a house. During our initial conversations, Eric provided me with excellent market research and explained all the details on preparing the house for a public listing. His market strategy was well reasoned and simple to understand. Once we agreed to move forward, Eric knew exactly what repairs the house needed and didn't need. He has a very good network of inspectors, contractors, financiers, and other support personnel that allowed me to focus on my move. He initiated and coordinated all the interactions between myself and the services I needed which was a great help. Eric's communications skills were excellent as well.
